Here’s a promising PSA from the US of A that addresses teen smoking.

It’s promising because:

  • The message-giver is a member of the target audience
  • The issue is couched in terms that the audience cares about
  • It builds on the approach used so successfully by the ‘truth’ campaign – exposing the lies of the nefarious tobacco industry!

If we’re going to have PSAs, they should be more like this one!
